Scaling Trust in the AI Economy

I build systems that make digital economies trustworthy. Over 15 years — from co-founding an acquired fintech startup to leading financial products for 40M+ users at Xiaomi, to heading fraud prevention and customer trust at Booking.com — the through-line has always been the same: complex trust problems at the intersection of product, data, and human behaviour.

Alongside the operating role, I build. Resume Lens, an AI-powered resume analysis tool, shipped end-to-end in a single session — a test of how far a product leader can execute without engineering intermediaries. Agent OS, a multi-agent professional operating system, publishes later this year. I write about this daily in AI for PMs — One Day at a Time, and am working on a book, Trust Debt, on how organisations accumulate structural trust failures through small, pragmatic decisions.
